We were behind the bar shaking things up @poplarunion for @greenteapeng ’s Dubby Dinner Supper Club 🍹

The cocktail: Greentea’s Dubby Delight — a tropical rum punch made with @krakenrumuk , @wrayandnephewuk overproof, and @havanaclubuk 3-year white rum. Shaken with pineapple, lime, and our homemade pomegranate & rosemary syrup.

The mocktail: Rhythm & Rumless — all the flavour, none of the booze. Pineapple mixed with our house spiced apple-ginger shrub and that same pomegranate & rosemary syrup.

It’s crazy it’s been over 5 months since our first event on Valentines for @greenteapeng’s sensual night of food, poetry and music.

To accompany the delicious food from @enrootldn we created ‘Greentea’s Love Elixir’ which was a delicious concoction of rum, hibiscus tea, fresh lemon, cardamon with a homemade toasted coconut & saffron syrup.

2025 has absolutely flown by so far, and we’re super excited about what the latter part of the year will bring. #southpourdrinks

A couple of weeks ago we had the pleasure of returning to @farsightgallery to run the bar for the gorgeous couple @carlloben3000 & @joannaparkerart at their wedding party - which was hands down the most fun you can have whilst working!

Such a great vibe with even better music, we were honoured to be a part of their special day! 💒

So many of the guests commented on their efficiency, they struck the balance between being both professional as well as fun, being a welcome addition to what was a very successful event. Every drink we craft is built from the ground up, often using house-made syrups, jams, and infusions to layer flavors in a way that’s bold, balanced, and completely unique. We take a chef’s approach to mixology, combining creativity with culinary science to bring out the best in every ingredient.

And while the drink always comes first, we love that our process naturally leads to something more. The by-products of our creations—like citrus peels, fruit pulps, and infused ingredients—don’t go to waste. Instead, they find a second life in sauces, jams, cookies, and even savory dishes.
